PLACE: Winston-Salem Fairground in Winston- Salem, NC, 21 W 27th St, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 DATE & TIME: SATURDAY, June 13th, 2015 12 noon – 10pm : SETUP: 6am – 11am. All Vendors must be checked in and setup by 9am. No Exceptions FEES: COMPLETED APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED UPON RECEIPT. SPACE IS LIMITED. RETURN CHECK FEE IS $35. Once application and payment has been submitted, there will be no refunds. Food/ Retail/Craft/ Informational Vendors: $350 ( $550 Food Trucks) Premier Vendors: $350 (with minimum 2 Keg Donation) Brewery Vendors: $500 (All breweries can sell there own craft beer with/ABC permits) SALES: All vendors are responsible for paying their own sales taxes. REQUIREMENTS: ALL FOOD VENDORS ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR FORSYTH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PREPERATION AND SALES OF FOOD. The Forsyth County Health Department will be on site 8am; to inspect your Food Vendor Booth and/or Concession Trailer/Vehicle. You are responsible for all fee, requirements and compliances associated with vending food on June 13th, 2015 at the 2nd Annual Carolina Summer Craft Beer and Music Fest. Vendors must clearly display Menu and Prices All Informational Vendors and Retail Vendor cannot exceed 10ft x 10ft space allotted unless you want to pay for another vendor space. Vendors are responsible for their own Electricity requirements. If the food is not approved the vendor agrees that he/she will not include the item on the menu. Failure to follow rules will result in exclusion from future special events of our organization.
