Beginning the last two weeks of April, the next phase of the project requires construction activity to move to the east side of the new building, closer to our current facilities, to regrade the existing playground area to prepare the space for our new playground equipment. Keeping the safety of our students in mind, we will avoid using the playground for recess while this phase of the building project is taking place. Classrooms will be able to use the gym for recess on most days. Teachers and administration have created a schedule utilizing the gym and available space to allow students time to relax and play for recess. Physical education classes will continue as normal.
