ISSUE:
Should the Board find that the proposed license will meet the public convenience
and necessity, and find no objection to the issuance of an On-Sale Beer and Wine Alcoholic
Beverage License to Trinity Alps Golf and Country Club, LLC, for Trinity Alps Golf and
Country Club at 160 Golf Course Drive, Weaverville, CA?
ABC regulations require that in consideration of issuance of an alcoholic beverage
license the governing body of the jurisdiction must be notified of the application and given an
opportunity to approve or object to the issuance of the license.
ALTERNATIVES:
1)
Find that the proposed license will meet the public convenience and necessity,
and find no objection to the issuance of the license;
2)
Object to the issuance of the license.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff has no recommendation on this item.
