Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Mercedes-Benz Arena. If you wish to smoke, you are still more than welcome to use one
of our balconies, which are located at every level of the arena.
How do I receive my tickets and car park vouchers?
Tickets and car park vouchers will be dispatched by email after receipt of payment. A processing fee and an insured shipping
fee will be added to the total.
