INNOVATION MANAGEMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP VISITING SCHOLAR: RICHARD CASTALDI, PH.D. PROFESSOR OF MANAGEMENT (EMERITUS) SAN FRANCISCO STATE UNIVERSITY SPRING 2015 This series of three seminars will focus on current issues central to the management of organizational and entrepreneurial innovation. Current Harvard Business School (HBS) articles, cases and related class discussions will provide the framework for our topic coverage. The required two HBS articles and two cases can be purchased online directly from the HBS web site and here is the link: https://cb.hbsp.harvard.edu/cbmp/access/36651550 Class discussions will focus on the two HBS articles and cases assigned. Much of our class time will be dedicated to class discussions regarding your analysis and insights of the HBS readings. Please be sure to adequately prepare each article and case as 50% of your evaluation will be based on the quality and quantity of class participation. The other 50% of your evaluation will be based on your written analysis of the Applied Research Technologies case we discuss during our last session. All related details will be explained during our first seminar.
