We are keen to ensure that local communities are kept up to date with our progress and our aim to provide clean renewable energy for approximately 3,200 homes. EDF energy have engaged the services of local contractor CA Blackwell who’s northern regional office is based in Wakefield, to carry out the civil engineering works on site. Our Approach It is our aim to make a positive contribution to the UK targets for renewable energy and the reduction of CO2 emissions. Our priority is developing wind energy, and our commitment is to be thorough in our investigations prior to development so we ensure that we are sensitive both to the environment and the needs of the local community.
