 Automize the Supplier Invoicing process which was completely manual.
 Provide batch level approval for Invoice and payments both rather than approving single
invoices
 Reduce the delays in Invoicing and payments by having fully atomized approval process
 Provide an End-to-End solution from Invoicing to Electronically paying through the payment
gateway. Etisalat’s goal was to reduce manual intervention, paper work and delays in paying
the supplier.
 Reduce turnaround time which was currently 30-60 days
Challenges
 Unusual Technology architecture compared to previously experienced clients caused several
delays
 Multiple approval chains in Etisalat due to which most of our requests took time to approve
and delayed the project timelines
 Complex approval hierarchy which required rigorous development and testing
 Multiple development activities had to be completed within an aggressive timeframe
Solutions
 Complete End to End solution from Supplier registration, Invoicing, Approval and
payments directly sent to the bank
 Recommended the client to add Service procurement which enables them to confirm
the work online without the needed of going through several documentations
 Provided several advance features in Invoice and Payment approval workflow i.e.
Attachments, Detailed level Drilldown, Dynamic Approver selections
Business Benefits
 Etisalat’s suppliers now submit the invoicing online and can track their invoicing
status online. It reduced the hassle to visit Etisalat’s main office and also reduced the
number of visitors inquiring about the invoices
 Approvals can now be done in Batches. Previously Etisalat had to approve the
invoices one by one. Their requirement was to approve in batches hence they were
doing it manually. Now with the batch approval solution both can be approved in
batches reducing their workload
 Payments can now be directly sent to the bank through the ERP system. It reduced
the manual intervention of printing the payment letters and approaching to the bank
physical to make the payment
Value Addition by Evosys
 Evosys team were highly interactive with the IT team which created a friendly
environment to execute the project
 All of the solutions had least customizations. Evosys tried as much as possible
to avoid customizations and utilize the standard functionalities as much as
possible
 Quick responses from Evosys Team on various queries and disputes from the
client. Etisalat always appreciated on the way Evosys team handled the client
 Evosys provide many services i.e. DBA, implementation of service
procurement, Post GO Live consulting etc as a goodwill gesture.

 Approval of the Security team from Etisalat to go ahead with iSupplier GO Live in spite of
several loop holes identified in security
 Multiple rounds of KT sessions with the IT team to explain and enhance the custom
solution
 Identifying the Key solutions by the Java Team for the H2h encryption requirement which
led the project move ahead
