Estimates for the 1,000 Gas Stations they just purchased from Hess that need to be made

Job Description
Looking for an Estimator with a Construction Management background and will be
responsible for the following:
•Creating and maintaining Speedway Project/Program Estimating procedures
•Ensuring these procedures are included in all contractors requirements
• Maintain updates to the estimate database for all equipment purchases and for all
contract pricing received
•Providing check estimates and pricing reviews on all projects/ programs
• Interfacing with all contractors ensuring compliance with scheduling requirements
•Assist Project Managers with control of their budgets
•Will be doing the estimating for the project management group on the retrofit of 750 Hess
to Speedway Remodels
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with Construction
focus
•Construction/Field Experience is a plus
