Attention Parents of Preschool Age Children!
The weekday preschool is in the process of
enrolling K-3 and K-4 children for the upcoming
2015-2016 school year. Your child must be 3 or 4
years of age by September 1, 2015 to qualify for
enrollment in either class. (We do make
exceptions.) The child must also be potty trained.
A flat registration fee of $165.00 is due at the time
of enrollment.
If there is enough interest in a 2 year class on
Tuesdays and Thursday's, from 9:00-12:00 PM, we
will consider that as well. Please contact Lee at
lblackman@fifbc.org if you are interested in putting
your child in a K-2 class. If there is enough interest,
we will explore that option.
ATTENTION PARENTS WITH CHILDREN …… Ages: K5‐2nd Grade We are inviting your child/children to join us for
KIDZ CITY!
Your child will hear a “Kid Friendly” Bible Study
during worship Service. Children will meet in the
chapel outside the Worship Center. Make sure you
pick your child up from his or her Sunday School class
whereby they can enjoy the first part of worship with
their family. They will then be dismissed and go to
Kidz City during the worship hour.
Make sure to pick your child/children up following worship service in the Chapel. Connie Maxwell Children’s Home
FIFBC is hosting a party for two graduating seniors in

DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR
This morning in your bulletin, you will find a bio for
Rev. Ryan Holtzclaw. Cindy Blake and the rest of
the Discipleship Pastor Search Committee are
pleased to bring him before you for consideration to
be our new Discipleship Pastor. Ryan is an
impressive young man, and he has a passion for
moving people closer to Jesus. He is energetic and
creative, and his wife (Emily) is truly his “better
half.” Please read his bio and be in prayer for Ryan,
Emily, and Elliott as they are searching for God’s
next step in their lives.
This is a salaried position that is included in this
year’s budget. This will not be an addition to or an
increase in our current budget. Fountain Inn First
Baptist Church desperately needs a minister who
will dedicate himself to increasing our discipleship
and education efforts. He will initially give the
majority of his time and focus to our nursery and
children’s areas, but he will also be working with
adult Sunday School teachers and other discipleship
leaders.
This Thursday night (May 21) at 7:00, all of our
Sunday School teachers are invited to meet him in
the fellowship hall to hear his vision for FIFBC.
On Saturday night (May 23) from 5:30-7:00, the
community is invited to meet Ryan, Emily, and
Elliott in the fellowship hall. Please make plans to
come. Feel free to bring a friend or neighbor. Next
Sunday morning (May 24), he will speak in our
worship service, and a motion will be made that we
hire him.
God is doing good things in our church, and
bringing a Discipleship Pastor on-board is a big next
step. It will increase our reach and capacity, and
breathe life into a ministry area that is sadly under
resourced. I give many thanks to the search
committee, and I appreciate your patience through
the process. Have a great week! - Pastor Condy
