Q: What is the dress code for this meeting?
A: We recommend business casual (no ties), although jackets/sweaters are a good idea for comfort.
Q: What is the best way to make my hotel reservation?
A: Meeting registrants are responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations. Please visit PGA National Resort & Spa or
call 877-423-7404, Group Code 13478, to reserve your hotel room at the special reduced MAPI rate of $269.00 plus prevailing
state and local taxes, currently 11%. We recommend an April 29 check-in and May 1 departure. (The rate will be honored three (3)
days before/after the official meeting dates, based on availability of the hotel at the time the reservation is made.) To avoid a
cancellation fee, hotel reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out
time is 12:00 p.m. (One guest room night plus tax will be charged to your credit card after your reservation is booked.)
Q: I’ve already reserved a hotel room. Is it necessary for me to register with MAPI, too?
A: Yes. In order to attend this meeting, you must also register with MAPI so that we can prepare your meeting
materials, save a space for you at the events, and make appropriate catering accommodations.
Q: How do I get to the hotel?
A: PGA National Resort & Spa is approximately sixteen (16) miles from the Palm Beach International Airport. (http://pbia.org/)
PGA National Resort & Spa is approximately sixty three point three (63.3) miles from the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International
Airport. (http://www.broward.org/airport)
Taxi Cab is approximately $50.00 from the airport to PGA National Resort & Spa.
Town Car Sedans are available from the airport for non-stop one-way service at $89.60 gratuity. For additional transportation

Daily guest self-parking is included in the resort fee.
Overnight valet parking is $20.00

Refund Policy: Your credit card will be charged when your registration is received. To receive a full refund (meeting registration and
reception/dinner fees, less a $100 processing fee), MAPI must be notified in writing of your cancellation by 3 p.m. Eastern two weeks
prior to the event (Thursday, April 16, 2015). No cancellations received after this time will be refunded. In addition, confirmed
registrants who fail to attend are not eligible for a refund.
