April 2015 Matching Gift Summary Report CONFIDENTIAL 153 New U.S. Parent Companies were added to the GiftPlus Database in 2014. Including subsidiaries, divisions and additional locations, there were 1,474 total listings added. We also added a total of 325 listings in Canada which includes subsidiaries and divisions. Listed below are the statistics on the number of changes we make to the Matching Gift Database. Takeda California – qualifies under the Takeda Pharmaceuticals program. Twin Cities Orthopedics – suspended program. Y-12 National Security Complex – suspended 2013. YSI – acquired by Xylem. HEP Statistics - 2015 There are currently 681 forms and logins on GiftPlus Online. MatchFormDepot is updated on a daily basis. There are 2,358 parent companies and, with subsidiaries and divisions, 22,432 total listings. There have been 667 updates to program and policy information in the first quarter of 2015. There are 416 volunteer programs on the GiftPlus Online database. Other News Cigna – no longer accepting paper forms. Rochester Midland Corporation – not currently matching per Liz Waidelich, lwaidelich@rochestermidland.com Reckitt Benckiser – only matching to Save the Children. People’s United Bank – not currently matching. Cadbury Schweppes was split and the company became Dr. Pepper Snapple Group. Dr. Pepper dropped the matching gift program. Northwest Utilities rebranded to Eversource Energy, February 2015. Gensler – not currently matching per Samantha Holy, 713-844-0006. Kratos Integral Systems and Kratos Networks – not currently matching per Tory Harris, tory.harris@kratos-isi.com. J.P. Morgan Chase Workplace Giving Good Works Program - 3,000 non-profits (including educational institutions) have been selected to receive a match from the employee's charitable spending account. At this time they are not accepting nominations for organizations that are not on the list. Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina – campaign only, one time donations, asked to be removed. Alliant Program closed with restructuring of ATK Aerospace/Defense and Orbital Sciences Corporation. TeamHealth – program closed. This was a one-time initiative. Outsourcing Changes Frontstream purchased TRUist in 2014. Located in Reston, VA. Cardinal Health –Frontstream Eli Lilly – currently using JK/EasyMatch but will be switching mid-year to another vendor. Wells Fargo – DoTopia; http://www.igivewf.com Abbott – Profits4Purpose Ally – Giving Back at Pulse Time Warner – not using JK/EasyMatch. No further information at this time. Clorox – no longer using JK/EasyMatch – now with Benevity.
