FOXFIRE VILLAGE
Check list for Home Owners, Residents,
Realtors, Contractors, or Potential Buyers
Thinking about constructing a pool, deck, accessory building, or fence?
These and other projects will be affected by Foxfire Village Zoning Ordinances.
The Foxfire Village Planning and Zoning Board considers many factors when
developing ordinances that impact home improvements and building projects.
The considerations include the size of your lot or acreage, the zoning of your lot,
the setbacks established for your lot, how your project may impact the lots that
are adjacent to yours, and whether your property is located within the corporate
limits of Foxfire Village, or in the Village’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
Foxfire Village has a website at http://www.foxfirenc.com which offers
information on zoning regulations and Village ordinances, the municipal
departments and services, resident information, the community “Calendar of
Events”, seasonal pool information, pet ordinances and the use of the Village
Green Park.
The projects listed below require a permit from the Foxfire Village office located
at One Town Hall Drive, Foxfire Village, NC 27281. Telephone: 910-295-5107 x200.
