As a consultant her work involves developing educational opportunities that allow people to understand and unpack their own assumptions and actions. Recently, she headed up the UWS Equity and Diversity education projects. Tatiana has worked in the area of racial equality and bullying prevention using a range of platforms including workshops social media and art–based events like film festivals. She comes to the area of education having worked as a community lawyer in NSW and NT.
