King William Administration Building: 5 private, 2 staff (3 toilets each plus urinal in men’s), 2 public (2
toilets each plus urinal in men’s)
Juvenile Court Services Building: 4 single toilet bathrooms (all public)
Leroy T. McAllister Human Services Building: 6 single toilet bathrooms (4 public)
King William Courthouse: Sheriff’s Office: 4 cells (single toilets), 2 public (single toilet), 2 staff (single
toilet)
Parks and Recreation Building: 2 single toilet public bathrooms
Parks and Recreation Concession stand: 2 public bathrooms (four toilets in women’s bathroom, 2 urinals
and 1 toilet in men’s bathroom)

Leroy T. McAllister Human Services Building: 19 outside windows, 1 outside double glass door, 2 outside
doors with half windows
King William Courthouse: 54 outside windows, 1 glass case, 1 large outside window glass only, 3 outside
double glass doors

ADD TO SCOPE OF WORK UNDER #2 and ADD TO ADDENDUM A UNDER QUARTERLY
TASKS #3:
All outside windows cleaned four times a year. Window count includes 2 glass cases, 35 windows,
and 7 doors with glass inserts.
Old Courthouse: cleaning shall include inside of windows in this building four times a year.
ADD TO SCOPE OF WORK UNDER PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
10. Trash: All trash removed from waste baskets/trash receptacles and other items specifically marked
"trash" shall be removed from the building and placed in the designated containers outside the
building.
ADD TO ADDENDUM A UNDER DAILY TASKS:
10. Trash:
a. All trashcans shall be emptied.
b. Trashcans containing any food items, food wrappers, gum, liquids or other sticky or odorous
substances, etc., must have the liners replaced nightly.
c. Trashcans containing only paper do not need liners replaced nightly.
