Find out more at www.yoc.com. Role The Senior Sales Manager (m/f) will be in charge to build up network and shape our business plus expand operations in Poland. The person will be responsible for the overall performance for YOC in Poland in accordance with YOC’s overall strategy. The position is based in our headquarters in Berlin with frequent travelling to Warsaw. The Senior Sales Manager (m/f) will report directly to the Executive Board. Job Specification Responsibility YOC PL operations Successfully develop and execute local sales and publisher strategy Establish sales process and develop new market potential Build up agency and ad network as well as publishers and liaise with these key accounts Represent the company to potential customers, trade fairs, professional associations, etc. Implement overall strategy towards the profitable growth and operational excellence of the company Develop strategic plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities Interface to product development, IT, finance and close collaboration with headquarters and other European countries Establish adequate operational planning and financial control systems Monitor the operating and financial results against plans and budgets Ensure professional internal processes and structures, and adapt to the growing Mobile Advertising business Maintain the operational performance of the company Assume full ownership for all country operations to the board Requirements You have a university degree in business management or comparable education You have several years of professional experience in sales of digital media with a relevant network of contacts to media agencies You inspire us with your commitment to success, your motivation, persuasion and self-initiative Ideally you have already gained experience in managing a (sales) team You are highly responsible, self-motivated and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, creative environment You know what needs to be done and operate with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline You have excellent communicational skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal) You are a team player, with a strong sense of ownership and a ‘get things done’ attitude Very good knowledge of Polish and English is essential in our international business, German language skills would be a plus You bring willingness to travel frequently to Warsaw Rewards For the right candidate we are offering a highly attractive salary plus bonus and a long term career prospect.
