Instructions for UKPGMEE-2015 Online
Counselling 3rd Round.
Dates of choice filling
01 June2015 (02:00PM) to 04th June 2015(02:00PM)
Declaration Result : 05th June 2015
Last date of Joining : 08 June 2015(5:00PM)
 Only registered candidates will be allowed for 3rd rounds of counselling
 The candidate is compulsorily required to furnish U.K.P.G.M.E.E.
examination Roll Number, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and e-mail
address in order to register for counselling (Candidates having no e-mail
address, should create their e-mail address before registering for
counselling). The Candidate should keep his/her U.K.P.G.M.E.E.
examination - 2015 Admit Card, on which his/her application form
number is mentioned. Candidate will receive a verification code on their
mobile, which will be used by them in subsequent steps of online
counselling.
 Candidates are required to upload following self attested documents at
the time of counselling.
 High School (10th).
 MBBS Degree Provisional/Permanent.
 Internship Completion certificate.
 Registration with State medical/dental council/MCI/DCI.
 Certificate of Reserve category if applicable.
 Certificate of Sub Category if applicable.
 NOC by competent authority for PMHS Uttarakhand candidate
only.
 Domicile Certificate(Uttarakhand candidate only)
 service certificate for working in difficult/hilly area by competent
authority for getting additional weightage of marks.
 Candidates are advised to select the choices very carefully. If candidate
is not interested in any specific specialization it is advised not to opt for
that specific seat in choice filling process as allotment once done will
not be altered.
 Candidates are advised to fill as many choices as possible in order of
their preference. Irrespective of reservation status of the seat. The seats
marked as reserved may be converted to general seat or other category
seat as per government policy. (see brochure)
 The candidate may change their order of preferences at any time before
final locking of choices by the University. After this the choices given by
him/her will be finally locked by the University and will not be changed
under any circumstances.
 The College allotment letter will be sent to the candidate along with
necessary instructions in the University website and candidates e-mail.
The printout of this allotment letter will have to be produced by the
candidate at the time of admission to the college allotted. No extension
of last date of admission will be permitted.
 Candidates who have been allotted the PG medical seat have to report
to the concerned medical college with all original documents for
verification as well as the required fee for confirmation of admission.

 If the candidate who has been allotted the seat fails to report for
admission on stipulated date his claim for admission stands cancelled
and he will not be allowed to appear in this of round of counselling.
 If a candidate has withdrawn the admission or left the allotted seat
after confirming the admission during process of counselling. He/she
will not be eligible for subsequent round of counselling.

Important : Vacancy created by seat upgradation will be filled on the
basis of choice submitted by the candidate. Seats shown in online
choice filling option is based on vacancy expected out of seat
upgradation.
