TripAdvisor—and don’t forget the other 27 miles of beautiful
shoreline! If you’d like to visit the park, get closer to the many
bottlenose dolphins hanging around our shores or rent water
equipment, see Bay Point Water Sports on the resort.
On dry land, our host resort features the top golf courses in the
entire Panhandle. Or, indulge yourself in a lavish spa treatment at
Serenity Spa. If you’re in the mood for shopping, movies, dining or
drinks in the area, you can’t beat Pier Park for a fun day and night.
Maybe a drive along beautiful Rt. 30A or zipping on an airboat
through gator country is in the cards.
What it all means is summer fun never ends here on the Gulf

All pools on property are open daily 8 a.m. –
10 p.m. For your safety, we ask that you follow
all posted rules while enjoying the pool.
Note: Pool towels are available in your villa.
There is a fitness center located inside the
Serenity Spa that is available at an additional
charge, Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and
Sunday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Housekeeping Services
As a vacation resort, units are cleaned between
visits and linen replaced at the departure of each
