full width and full height loading. Pre-galvanised steel pillars to both front and rear. Pre-stressed steel cant rails allow an "Openspan" design self supporting roof system. Full length
one piece GRP fiberglass roof skin. Galvanised vee rave sideraves. Curtains mid blue 2x2 weaved 900 g/m2 PVC curtains vertically tensioned by black webbing straps complete
with stainless steel locking buckles. Horizontal tensioning is achieved by treated tubular steel poles and heavy duty yellow passivated langover tensioners. Tensioned to front and
rear. 125mm deep pelmet, colour black front frame. Pre-Galvanised steel framed bulkhead complete with gloss white GRP panel. Corner pillar to be capped with a 64mm hexagonal
designed radius anodised aluminium capping. Rear frame pre-galvanised steel rear frame. No grab handles required. Rear closure 17mm GRP gloss white double rear doors c/w
external mounted lever lock and hinges to each door. High efficiency peripheral seals. Nearside door to open first. Side guards hinged galvanised steel droppers with galvanised
steel inner rail and high density polyethylene outer sleeve or aluminium to meet TUV regulations. Rear wings twin parlok black thermoplastic rear wings c/w stays. Spray suppression
not Included. Under run heavy duty galvanised steel rear under run as per C & U regulations. Side marker lights as required with current C & U regulations. Outline markers, two
outline markers to meet current C & U regulations. Conspicuity markings are not legally required.
Interior
Floor 18mm phenolic standard range @220 g/m2 (birch) with fixings at every bearer. Kick strip one row of 220mm high impact thermoplastic type to front bulkhead at floor level.
Two LED interior lights are wired and switched to the rear of the body. Recessed floor rings are optional available.
