Seeds of Hope project ‘’Seeds of Hope’’ promotes youth access to employment through vocational training in electrotechnics and aims to give the youth means to access a valued and permanent job. It places companies at the heart of its approach: they are involved in the development of the program to adjust the training to their real needs. In addition, partnerships are built with local companies to promote the placement of students. Today, the program is ongoing in Lebanon, Morocco and Nigeria. In Egypt, Seeds of Hope is funded in partnership with Schneider Electric, and the French Agency for Development (Agence Française de Développement - AFD). The program promotes the creation of structured partnerships between technical schools and companies. Seeds of Hope Program is structured around 5 main pillars: 1.
