NEW YORK – May 6, 2015 – For the fifth year in a row, Atento (NYSE: ATTO), a leading provider of customer
relationship management and business process outsourcing services (CRM/BPO) worldwide, has been
recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Latin America 2015 by Great Place to Work (GPTW).
Over the years, Atento, from its leading position in the CRM/BPO sector in Latin America, has set itself apart by
investing in people and striving to build the best workplace environment possible. A strong focus on people is
