EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
1.
A number of Capital & Maintenance Dredging Projects have been
proposed to be undertaken at all the Major Ports in next 4-5 years period.
Government of India is preparing Standard operating procedures on dredging
which is to be adopted by the management of all the Major Ports in which a list
of Project Management Consultants & Third Party Survey agencies on dredging
will be indicated.

Indian Ports Association has been assigned by Ministry of Shipping,
Government of India with the task of preparation of panel for the following:
1. Project management Consultant
2. Third party Survey Agencies to undertake Bathymetric Surveys, Geotechnical
Investigations, Topographical Survey, Sub Bottom Profile Survey, Side scan
sonar survey Magnetometer Survey, Capacity to undertake long term
hydraulic data collection on wind, wave height and direction, currents etc.
The panel will be valid for a period of 3 years. The panel may be used by Major Ports
for inviting bids as and when required for their dredging projects/works.
3. (a) Project management Consultant:
Reputed and interested consultants/consulting firms/consortia/ for the above
jobs having at least 10 years experience in the above areas may send in their
response along with Company’s profile, Details of completed/ ongoing
assignments Profile of Experts etc.,
(b) Third party Survey Agencies
Reputed survey agencies for the above jobs having at least 5 years
experience in the above areas may send in their response along with
Company’s profile, Details of completed/ ongoing assignments Profile of
Experts, survey equipments available, Names of marine surveys they can
undertake, etc
3. The Agencies interested in empanelling may send two copies of the profile by
11th May, 2015 to :
