The applicants, whose result of final year is declared after submission of application, are required to send the result immediately by fax to the Office of the Registrar, Gujarat Forensic Sciences University. (Fax No : 07923247465) List of true copies of enclosures to be attached is as under. Incomplete form and documents are liable to be cancelled. 1. Final year mark sheet of B. Pharm 2. H. Sc. mark sheet 3. School leaving certificate Original documents should be produced at the time of finalization of admission. Applicant will be required to obtain eligibility certificate from Gujarat Forensic Sciences University if he/she has passed the qualifying examination from other than Gujarat Forensic Sciences University. The arrangement for obtaining the same will be made on the spot on payment of Rs. 500/-. (The web-downloaded form must be accompanied by a Demand Draft for Rs. 1200/- (non-refundable) in favour of “The Registrar, Gujarat Forensic Sciences University” payable at Gandhinagar. Applicant should write his complete name on the backside of the Demand Draft.) The Test will be held on 21st June,2015 at 10.30 am at Institute of R&D, Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar. Students are required to be present at examination place before 30 minutes of commencement of exam. ADMISSION PROCEDURE Application Application forms are available on our website www.gfsu.edu.in and should be submitted along with the demand draft of Rs.1200/- (non-refundable) in favour of “The Registrar, Gujarat Forensic Sciences University” payable at Gandhinagar. Applicant should write his/her complete name on the backside of the Demand Draft. Selection Procedure Admissions will be purely on the merit obtained in the Entrance Test conducted by the Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar. Entrance Test The Entrance test will be of 100 marks with one and half hours duration based on multiple choice questions. Examination seat number – It will be informed by email. Syllabus: Basic questions of respective discipline of under graduation and general knowledge. NRI Seats Six seats will be offered through a separate channel called ‘direct admission of Foreign and NRI students’ to Non Resident Indians, Foreign Nationals and Persons of Indian Origin. (In case, such candidates are not available, the vacant seats will be allotted to the candidates coming through entrance test who are willing to pay the fees as per NRI). SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM Duly filled in application form along with Demand Draft is to be sent by last date specified in a sealed envelope marked selected course on the left hand side top corner of the envelope can be submitted either in person or by registered post or by courier on the following address. The duly filled application forms can be submitted in person on all working days between 11.00 am to 4.00 pm except on second and fourth Saturday’s. The application received after the due date will not be considered for admission.
