ALL APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING RULES AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST:
1.
Posters submitted to the USF Hispanic Heritage Celebration Poster Contest will not be returned. The
poster becomes the ownership of the Hispanic Heritage Celebration Committee.
2.
Only one poster may be submitted per artist.
3.
Contestants include USF students, staff and faculty.
4.
Poster should include the following:
a) Must incorporate the words “USF Hispanic Heritage Celebration 2015”.
b) Artist must sign the front of the poster and submit this application form with his/her entry.
c) The poster must be in full-color, of original design, and suitable for scanning.
d) Dimensions of poster must be 11x17 inches, design orientation vertical, and mounted onto a sturdy foam
board of the same dimensions.
e) Poster can be designed with paint, oils, pencils, markers, or graphic generated art.
f)
Poster should be the artist’s interpretation or rendition of Hispanic Heritage. Artists using graphic generated
art are responsible for abiding by the copyright rules.
5.
The winner will be selected by the USF Hispanic Heritage Celebration Committee members. The winner will be
notified by email or phone. Poster will be featured at the USF Hispanic Heritage Celebration Kickoff Event.
6.
DEADLINE: Friday, May 29, 2015. Submit poster between 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday to Leonor O’Relly,
USF Continuing Education building, NEC 116, Tampa campus. No poster will be accepted after the deadline date.
