You must outline the grounds for your appeal, and attach supporting documentation (original documents or certified copies only) as evidence PRIVACY DISCLAIMER TAFE Queensland Gold Coast is collecting this personal information for general student administration as well as for planning, communication, research, evaluation and marketing activities undertaken by the TAFE. Your personal information may be disclosed to Commonwealth and State Government Agencies, and the Fund Manager of the Education Services for Overseas Students Assurance Fund, pursuant to obligations under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (Cth) and the National Code 2007. The TAFE is also required to tell DIBP about changes to your enrolment and any breaches of a student visa condition relating to attendance or satisfactory academic performance. If you are under the age of 18 years or an International Student, your personal information, attendance details, progress and results may be disclosed to your parent/guardian.
