Quotation Call Notice
Sealed Quotations are invited from intending authorized firms /dealers for supply of Biometric
Device as per DGET specification for ITI, ,PURI for the year 2014-15 . For detail specification log
on to www.itipuri.nic.in.
The sealed Quotations should reach the undersigned on or before 31.3.2015
by 3 P M
positively either in person or by registered/Speed Post superscribing on the envelope ”Quotation for
Supply of Biometric device”. The quotations will be opened on 31.3.2015 at 4 P M in presence of
purchase committee .
The authority reserves all rights to accept or reject the quotations without assigning any reason
thereof.
Terms and Conditions.
1. Sealed quotations should be submitted either in person or by registered/Speed Post .
2.The Xerox copy of VAT (VAT-612)clearance/Sales Tax form, Income Tax clearance should be
enclosed with the quotation .
3. The rate of each item should include all taxes(VAT etc. which should be clearly mentioned
separately), packaging, and transport (door delivery) & installation charges .
4, The delivery of items should be made within 3 weeks at destination ITI, Puri from the date of
placing order.
5. Payment will be released with in two weeks after successful verification, installation/ Demonsration
etc.
