CRB – Home Office Several external stakeholder groups including suppliers were identified e.g. Police, Ministry of Justice, Home Office, ISA, Fujitsu, Steria, Cap Gemini, Dec-08 to Sep-10 Capita and HP. This meant that stakeholder management and communications were a key element in the programme’s success. Clients were mainly Housing Associations, Tribal PLC Local Authorities (Housing and Finance) who were involved in the selection, Nov-03 to Jul-04 procurement and implementation of COTS products. Programme Specified, Procured and Implemented new Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) Manager software package for Housing. The new services had to be built from scratch Coventry City and involved the creation of a new team and business processes.
