2015 Annual KAHTEA Conference POSTER GUIDELINES We
2015 Annual KAHTEA Conference POSTER GUIDELINES Conference Registration: It is our policy that at least one author for each accepted poster must register for and attend the conference for their poster to be displayed. Poster Dimensions: Poster size should be equal or smaller than 30 inches in height and 40 inches in width. Poster Location and Set Up: Poster display board will be provided by the conference organizer. There will be one poster session. The session is tentatively scheduled for Saturday afternoon (April 18th). Each poster board will be marked with the poster title. Presenters must be in place 10 minutes before the session. It is the authors’ responsibility to put up and remove their poster at the specified times. Delegates are required to stay with their poster. Recommendations: All posters must be written in English. Your poster should be self-explanatory and include key highlights for viewers to comprehend the scope of your work from the content of the poster. We recommend that you: 1. Include the title, authors’ names and affiliations. 2. Avoid too much text in the poster. 3. Give an overview of the subject. 4. Provide actionable and meaningful recommendations (for completed studies) and delineate expected contribution and implications (for studies in progress). 4. Provide your contact details (full name, e-mail, phone number, probably at the bottom right corner) for those that are interested. Please note that you must prepare and bring any handouts with you if required. Should you have any questions or need further information, feel free to contact Dr. Seung Hyun Kim by e-mail at kimseung@broad.msu.edu. We greatly appreciate your participation!
