There are no refunds for successful events. If you are unable to attend you may
transfer your registration to another person. Transfers must be completed before the
date of the original race.
If a race is postponed you will automatically be registered for the new date. You will
be emailed with the event details. If you are unable to attend the new date please
contact us to transfer your registration to someone else. If you are unable to
transfer, a full refund will be issued.
If an event is cancelled, full refunds will automatically be issued back to the original
form of payment within 5-7 business days of the announcement.

Agreement, Waiver and Release
I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages
for personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have, or
which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in the
Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma Education Department activities, even
though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on
the part of the persons or entities mentioned above. It is understood
that these activities involve an element of risk and danger of
accidents and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is
further agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be
binding on my heirs and assigns. I agree to indemnify and to hold the
above persons or entities free of harmless from any loss, liability,
damage, cost, or expense which they may incur as the result of my
death or any injury or property damage that I may sustain while
participating in said activities, Unless otherwise specified in writing,
the undersigned give permission for photos to be taken for future use
by the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma without compensation.
I have carefully read this agreement, waiver and release and fully
understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability
and a contract between the above organization and myself.
