Knightsbridge Partners Sponsor’s Equity Real Estate
Fund invests in the acquisition of Town Park Ravine in
Atlanta, GA.
Property acquired by Americas Capital Partners, LLC
London, United Kingdom (August 1st, 2014) – Knightsbridge Partners today announced
its co-investment in the acquisition of the Town Park Ravine, a three building 367,090
square-feet office park in Kennesaw, Georgia—together with Americas Capital Partners.
The property was purchased for US$ 57.4m, of which US$16.3m was equity while GE
Capital financed US$41.1m.

The acquisition is the Fund’s second purchase of commercial property in the U.S. so far
this year and represents a strategic addition to Knightsbridge Partners’ U.S. commercial
real estate portfolio, which includes three other properties in Charlotte, North Carolina.
