Abstract Tile: Educational Views of Late Imam Ibn Moflih Al-Maqdisi Through his Book titled " Al-Adab Al-Shariah Wa Al-Minah Al-Mariah" and Their Application in Contemporary Actual Situation Researcher: Saleh Abdullah Ali Alzibaidi Objective: -To know the circumstances as well as political, social,economic, scientific, religious factors that affected the personality of Imam Ibn Moflih Al-Maqdisi and his educational views.-To know the most salient educational views in relation to creed , ethical, social and educational aspects as perceived by Imam Ibn Moflih Al-Maqdisi in his book titled" Al-Adab Al-Shariah Wa Al-Minah Al-Mariah"-To highlight the educational applications of Ibn Moflih's view for the solution of certain contemporary problems. Methodology: I have applied extractive methodology Chapters: The study comprises five chapters. Chapter one: This includes introduction, subject, questions, objectives, significance, methodology and previous studies. Chapter two: This deals with the introduction of Imam Ibn Moflih Chapter three: This covers the educational views of Imam Ibn Moflih as displayed in his book titled " Al-Adab Al-Shariah Wa Al-Minah Al-Mariah" Chapter four: This comprises the educational applications of the views of Imam Ibn Moflih as projected in his book titled " Al-Adab Al-Shariah Wa Al-Minah Al-Mariah" Chapter five: This consists of the conclusion, results, recommendations and proposals. The most significant results: These are composed of the following: - Imam Ibn Moflih grew up in an environment inundated with knowledge, guidance, piety and uprightness ; and that political, social, economic, scientific, religious factors had tremendous impact on the personality of Imam Ibn Moflih Al-Maqdisi and his educational views, because he fortunately lived in a period charcctrized with stability, security and prosperity. This facilitated for him the chance of increasing his knowledge deeply and taking it at the hands of distinguished scholar, the most prominent of whom was sheikh Al-Islam , Imam Ibn Taimiah. - The educational views of Ibn Moflih in relation to creed , ethical, social and educational aspects were seen closely connected to the Islamic education, which is reprsented in confining worship to Alllah alone. Ibn Moflih perceived by Imam Ibn Moflih Al-Maqdisi in his book titled" Al- urged people tyo the necessity of believing in Allah alone, observe monotheism, fear alone, not associate any one wth Him, fully trust on Him, believe destiniy , whether good or bad, have good opinion in Allah , perform prescribed prayer and uphold jihad (fight in the way of Allah). -- The educational views of Ibn Moflih in relation to ethical aspect were seen closely connected to worshiping Allah, which is considered practical application for it. He considered any act undertaken by a Muslim in which he is committed to Islamic ethics, an act of worship for Allah. The true Muslim, according to Ibn Moflih's views, should abide himself with good manners indicated in Sharia and immaculate Sunnah. - The educational views of Ibn Moflih in relation to social aspect were seen as closely connected to worshiping Allah, as when a Muslim performs any all social relation, which Allah commanded to be observed, he action is seen as worshipping of Allah if the Muslim intends in doing so the seeking of Allah and compliance with his commands. - The educational views of Ibn Moflih in relation to educational aspect were seen as emanating from the Holy Qur'an and immaculate Sunnah. He emphasized the message of knowledge was sublime and high as it was that of Prophets and Messengers ; and indicated that the academic, professional , social ethics which a teacher should observe as they make him good examples for his students. -The educational views of Ibn Moflih are able to inculcate in the mind of the young the principles of the Islamic creed that moves the feelings of Muslims for reaching sublime values and keeping away from corruption and sins and vices . The most significant recommendations & Proposals: These are as follows: Encourage Islamic institutions to the necessity of inculcating the principles of Islamic creed in the minds of the young and bring them up on Islamic ethics and highlight the role of scholars in the life of people and make every possible effort in the training and qualification of teachers so as they can set good examples for their students . Urge Imams of mosques and orators to to the necessity of giving due attention to reviving the role of the mosque and effectively contributing to the upbringing of the young and teaching them their religious matters via influential and strong orations. Call on students generally to publish, study and analyze as well as extract learning lessons, views and methods that serve Muslims , organize their life affairs and contribute to the upbringing of the young the Islamic principles as well as study the books of Muslim scholars, intellectuals and take advantage of their vies and thoughts. Call upon students doing masters and doctorate degree to concentrate their studies on the compilations of Muslim scholars, intellectuals and take advantage of their views and thoughts, especially if we consider the fact that the Muslim society is in dire need of such relevant studies so as to confront the anti-Islamic current that oppose the Muslim Ummah.. - ث
