COMMUNITY
Linden Community Association (LCA)
As my first newsletter as the new Chairperson of the LCA, I would like to thank
everyone who attended the AGM. I look forward to working with the committee
members in an ongoing effort to take our community back and make Linden a safer
place for everyone. Any and all suggestions are welcome.
Our committee has been established, some new portfolios have been added and
others split between members. These will be communicated to you in due course.
Thank you to all of you for volunteering your time to our community.
Regards
Mrs Estee Jamieson

From the sector commander:
Please be advised that housebreakings where main gates are derailed or forced open are on the
increase during 09:00-14:00 in the day. Make your neighbours, domestic workers and gardeners
aware of these incidents and let them follow the emergency protocol when they see suspicious
vehicles and persons in the street.
Every housebreaking has the potential to turn into a house robbery. Most of the suspects are armed
with firearms when breaking into the houses so they are ready to commit a robbery when they find
anybody inside the house.
Look outs:
 Silver Renault scenic BH 95 FJ GP involved in attempted theft out of m/v in Linden. C/o 3rd ave

 Red VW polo reg no. Unknown together with a silver Mercedes reg no. Unknown involved in
housebreakings Blairgowrie.
 Silver Mercedes Benz (2door) reg no. Unknown 3 black males armed involved in house robbery
