The following terms and conditions are not negotiable unless and until specifically agreed to in writing by LRSINDIA TM Exhibitions are requested to study the terms and conditions before finalizing their participation. 1. For the purpose of this order the words organizer will refer to LRSINDIATM having their office at Paona Bazar, Near UBI Bank, P.O. Imphal, Pin – 795001 Manipur and the word exhibitor will refer to the person or to the company who has completed this order or booking form. 2. Furnished Booth Package Stall size: 6 (sq.mtr.) – Rs. 65,000 Stall components: Fascia, 2 spot lights, 1 computer, 4 chairs, Jute carpeting, 1 Dusbin etc. Booking space has to be made along with advance payment of 50% of participating charges and the balance amount will be paid by 31st March 2015 for April Participation and 1st May for June 2015 Participation. We also agree to the ‘Terms and conditions’ given in the registration form. 3. Participations are required to comply with all the provisions of service Tax, Sales Tax Act regulations or any Tax and Levies as applicable by the government of India enforceable at the time of the fair. 4. Exhibitors are required to note that all floor plans shown in the brochure are tentative and the organizers reserve the right to amend the floor plan. Further the organizers are liable for any change in the venue or the date arising from circumstances beyond their control. 5. In case of the events being cancelled or suspended in whole or in part any dispute arising from such eventually is subject the jurisdiction of the Manipur High Court. 6. In case the participants want to use any computers etc. at the stalls, they will have to bring all the necessary equipment/accessories for their working although electricity power back up will be provided. 7. Although arrangements for round the clock security will be made, participants will be solely responsible for the security of all materials in their stalls. 8. Allotment of the stall location will be on first come-first serve basis. 9. Participants cannot sublet stalls to any third party or utilize their stalls other than which the sad stall has been contracted for 10. Goods / Materials / objects which are hazardous inflammable, banned or forbidden or deemed inappropriate by the organizers will not be allowed in the venue. 11. Disassembly and removal of all materials will have to be done on the same day after end of the event. 12. The organizers shall have a lien over the participant’s goods in case of their default in any manner. 13. Under no circumstances will money be refunded by the organizer in case of cancellations on part of the participants/ organizations who have booked stalls. 14. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the stall booking any time before or during the event, by refunding the money received, at their sole discretion and without assigning any reason. 15. The organizers may cancel, suspended or alter dates of the exhibition owing to circumstances beyond its control 16. In case of change in dates and duration of the Edu Xpo 2015 the contractual obligation between the exhibitors and the organizers remain unaffected. Incase of cancellation of the exhibition the stall rental will be refunded to the exhibitors after deducting the proportionate costs already incurred by the organizers. 17. Incase the participant does not take possession of the stall by 11 am on the opening day the organizers reserve the right to allot the stalls to others without refunding the advances made. 18. Stall booking contract will be deemed completed only after full payment is made and the organizers have accepted the booking. 19. Unexpected accident like natural calamity, fire etc. are not our responsible.
