Room rental quotations include all Basic Cabin Services,
unless specific services are not
required.

Optional Cabin Services incur
extra charges. Food Services
are quoted on a per-person
basis.

Day rental of a Meeting Room
is typically scheduled from
8:30am to 4:30pm for $200

Evening rental is normally
scheduled from 6:00pm to
9:00pm for $75

Weekend rental hours are negotiable. Rates are provided
upon request.

Each Booking (for Basic
Meeting and Optional Services) is invoiced on a lump
sum basis.

We do accept Bookings on
short notice, but normally
prefer two weeks lead time.

Ben Franklin Society affiliated organizations. The Cabin serves as
Headquarters for the Ben Franklin
Society - our non-profit, community service partner. The Society
benefits from a portion of all Log
Cabin Meeting Center activities.
We are conveniently located in
Franklin County, north of Wake
Forest and east of US-1.


Both the Main and Loft Meeting Rooms are 14’ x 19’ and
comfortably handle 16 people.

The Main Meeting Room is
shown in this Brochure. The
Loft Meeting Room is upstairs
(not pictured).

The unscreened Cabin Porches
can serve as informal meeting
spaces. The Front Porch is
8’ x 20’ and accommodates 9
people. The Back Porch is
12’ x 20’ and accommodates 16
people.

The Grounds can comfortably
accommodate over 100 people.

A Site visit is recommended to
finalize your Meeting Room
and Site setup requirements.

