An Attitude Awakening Programme
For Construction Industry
Introduction
MBAM
Speaker
After much research conducted, it is fair to state that everything
we do or don’t do derives from the types of attitudes we
experience. The world needs more positivity in the way we
manage our attitudes. This programme is designed to help
individuals to overcome negative attitudes to pursue goals and
vision. Participants will:
 Learn how to admit and overcome their past shortcomings
and plan for a better attitude management;
 Apply the method of converting negative attitudes and use
these guides in the simplest ways possible;
 Learn how to strategize effective ways of life and
professional improvement by optimizing their strengths
and opportunities;
 Apply creative thinking methods in helping to generate
ideas, solutions and opinions more fluidly by mastering
their attitudes.
