Registration for the 2015 MENZSHED New Zealand AGM, and Shedders Ramble Weekend 11th & 12th April 2015, Wairarapa There are no fees or charges to attend any part of the AGM or Ramble other than your travel to and from Masterton and your accommodation costs. Saturday 11th April Welcome gathering & Lunch at REAP House, 340 Queen Street, Masterton from 11am. Annual General meeting will run from 1.00pm to approx 3.30pm ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Following which the locals have put together a programme of Shed sharing, Panel discussion session to answer your Shed functionality questions until 5pm. Buffet Dinner function (sponsored) at The Lodge Restaurant, assemble from 6pm. Sunday 12th April Shed ramble; (a bus tour to visit 3 Sheds with commentary on their journey to date) Featherston Menz Shed - Greytown Menz Shed -Henley Mens Shed Lunch will be served at Henley Mens Shed approx 12.40pm. To assist with planning and to ensure catering requirements are adequate, those persons representing any member or non member shed wishing to attend either the AGM and/or the Ramble events. Please complete the registration form fully and send to henleymenzshed@xtra.co.nz ASAP - Closing date for registrations to attend the Shedders ramble is 20th March 2015, or at the organisers discretion. Reminder that accommodation bookings will need to be made with Masterton Motor Lodge ASAP, as accommodation is very limited. To make your booking contact Masterton Motor Lodge direct on phone 0508 644 644 or through their website www.mastertonmotorlodge.co.nz and tell them you are from a Mens Shed to get the special weekend rates by sharing a unit with 2, 3 or 4 others. Travel to Masterton either drive by car or if via Wellington catch the train, check out timetables at -http://www.metlink.org.nz/timetables/train/WRL there is only one morning and afternoon train in the weekend. (Gold card discounts apply on some journeys) For some this limited train timetable may cause difficulties to link with flights etc. and if anybody should wish to arrive on Friday and stay at Masterton Motor Lodge 2 nights, an option will be available to gather Friday evening for a meet and greet together at the Henley Mens Shed, and a tour of a place of interest in the morning.
