The Mahatma Gandhi Institute reserves the right to review registration fees, course fees and
other charges for any given academic year prior to the beginning of such academic year.
Mode of Application

Applications should be made on the prescribed forms obtainable during office hours, from the
Reception Counter, SMAS Building, Mahatma Gandhi Institute, Moka and the Rabindranath
Tagore Institute, Ilot. Applicants may also download a printable Application Form from the
Mahatma Gandhi Institute & Rabindranath Tagore Institute website:

Application forms, duly filled in, must be returned together with photocopies of birth certificate,
marriage certificate (where applicable) and educational certificates so as to reach the Director
General’s Office, Mahatma Gandhi Institute, Moka 80808, not later than Friday 08 May 2015.
NOTE

All courses will be held at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute, Moka.

Mature Candidates may also apply for all the above Diploma Programmes of Studies. If they wish
to be considered as mature candidate, they have to tick the relevant box in the application form and
attach documentary evidence with regard to work experience.

Applications are also invited from suitably qualified candidates wishing to follow one module or
more from the above-mentioned programmes as “Auditeur Libre”.

Applications received after the closing date and/or not supported by the relevant documents will
not be considered.

The programme of study applied for should be clearly marked on the top left-hand corner of the
envelope.

Application should be submitted for only one programme of study. Applicants who are
already enrolled on a programme of study or course at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute will not
be allowed to join another programme concurrently.

The Mahatma Gandhi Institute and Rabindranath Tagore Institute reserve the right not to run any
of the programmes advertised if the number of registered students is not sufficient.

Applicants are informed that the Mahatma Gandhi Institute and the Rabindranath Tagore Institute
are under no obligation to find employment eventually for successful applicants.

Documents submitted will not be returned to applicants.

