IEEE Malaysia International Conference on Communications (MICC 2015) invites the world’s leading academicians, researchers and engineers from academia, industry and government to submit papers on recent research results, new developments and technology trends in the field of communications engineering. The main goal of this biennial conference is to
bring together scientists and engineers who work in these fields from various geographical locations to exchange their
ideas at the conference in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers
for presentation at the conference and publication in the conference proceedings. Accepted papers will be published in the
MICC2015 Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. The previous MICC2013 proceeding has been
published in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Scopus and Thomson Reuters Web of Knowledge.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All papers will be peer-reviewed and accepted papers of MICC2015
will be included in IEEE Xplore listing (subject to final approval).
Paper submission process will be managed by EDAS:
http://edas.info/N19709. Papers should be a maximum of six (6)
pages including figures, tables, references and appendices. Use the
standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX
formats:
http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/
publishing/templates.html.
Prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the
conference, and at least one author must register at the full rate for
publication.

CALL FOR TUTORIALS
IEEE MICC2015 invites the submission of tutorial proposals on
emerging topics within the scope of the conference. The tutorials
will be held on Monday 23 November 2015. All tutorials are 3 hours
long, excluding break time. The tutorial proposal should concisely
describe the objectives and contents of the tutorial. Kindly refer to
