Used containers are recovered from greenhouse or
post-consumer level.
Collection:
We are collecting PS, PP and HDPE
• Excess growing media should be removed
• Soil and other debris should be dumped from containers
• Paper and other foreign materials should be removed
Material should be separated by type
• Polystyrene: Labeled with a #6
• Polypropylene: Labeled with a #5
• High Density Polyethylene: Labeled with a #2
• Sorry, no agricultural or Greenhouse film currently
Material must be palletized or labeled
• Like containers can be nested together and palletized
• Pallets should be stacked to an average of 48”
• Like materials can be separated and baled.
(The heavier the better)
Contact sales rep or office to arrange pick-up.
Pick-ups can scheduled with deliveries to save fuel and time.
Note the recycle number when separating plastics.
Because of varied delivery volume throughout the year, the
best timefor us to pick-up material is during summer months
(June, July and August). Though convenient pick-up times
can be quickly easily arranged most anytime.
