1. Read the story book ’Meet the four Elements’ and
A) Write beginning, middle and end of all four stories.(In not more than three lines each)
B) Find ten verbs from the stories and then use them in your own sentence.
C) Write any ten nouns from the stories and then categories them into common and proper nouns.
D) Paste /Draw pictures of the any ten things and write their plurals.
Activity:- Vocabulary Hanging
Let’s have fun with words. With the help of your elders make an attractive vocabulary
Hanging using given steps: Pick out anyone word from the stories you read.
 Illustrate this word on a card board sheet.
 Make 4-6 small words on a card board sheet and make cutouts of any shape(circle, oval, square, triangle)
 Hang it with a string to the main word cutout and the hanging is ready.

Activity: Nature Walk With Your Grandparents
 Visit any park with your grandparents and ask them
Nature related queries(For oral discussion in the class)
 Make a list of games that your grandparents used to play
in their times such as gulli danda, pithuu, flying kites, etc. collect and paste the pictures of the games
played by them.
 Click some photographs along with them and paste them on an A4 sheet as “Memorable Moments
with my grandparents”.
Activity: Yummy for the Tummy!!!!!!!!
 Make your vegetable salad and enjoy it with you family.
An example of salad recipe is given. Take boiled peas and potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces and mix with peas in the bowl.
Add salt and pepper and some lemonjuice.You may add more vegetable like
Carrots, cucumber and tomatoes.
 On an A4 sheet write your own recipe on the salad, click some photographs of laying the table and
enjoying the salad with your family.
