MONIN MONIN Macaron syrup is a really versatile product:
you can create drinks from a simple Latte to a sophisticated
Martini. The perfect combination of biscuit flavour and
almond fragrance will bring a magic touch to your cocktail.
You can mix MONIN Macaron syrup with classical flavours
such as MONIN Blackberry, Strawberry and Chocolate
to more delicate flavours like MONIN Triple Sec Curaçao
and Rose. I really like to play with the flavour and texture so
I would suggest a Macaron Pistachio Martini, topped with cream
flavoured with Le Fruit de MONIN Raspberry.

Berry Macaron
• 10 ml MONIN Macaron syrup
• 40 ml dark rum
• 30 ml apple juice
• 1 lime wedge
• 10 ml MONIN Macaron syrup
• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Red Berries
• 60 ml cranberry juice
• 1 lime wedge
Pour all ingredients into a shaker
full of ice cubes, shake vigorously.
Serve in a chilled martini glass.
In the tin of a shaker, muddle the lime
wedge with MONIN Macaron syrup.
Add all remaining ingredients, shake
vigorously with ice cubes and strain
into a chilled martini glass rimmed
with crushed cookies.
Amaretti
Caramelised Macaron
• 10 ml MONIN Macaron syrup
• 5 ml MONIN Amaretto syrup
• 40 ml Irish cream liqueur
• 30 ml cream
Pour all ingredients into a shaker
filled with ice cubes, shake
vigorously. Serve in a chilled martini
glass, rimmed with cinnamon.
• 20 ml MONIN Macaron syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Caramel sauce
• 90 ml milk
• 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Blend all the ingredients, except
MONIN Caramel sauce, with ice
cubes until smooth.
Pour mix into a smoothie glass and
drizzle with MONIN Caramel sauce.

Hot Macaron Chocolate
• 20 ml MONIN Macaron syrup
• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Passion Fruit
• 40 ml dark rum
• 40 ml milk
Pour all ingredients into a shaker
filled with ice cubes, shake vigorously.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with ½ passion fruit.
• 10 ml MONIN Macaron syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Dark Chocolate sauce
• 180 ml milk
Pour MONIN flavourings into a latte
glass. Steam milk until foamy. Pour into
the latte glass. Stir and garnish with
whipped cream.

• 30 ml vodka
• 70 ml apple juice
• 60 ml cranberry juice

• 1 espresso shot
Pour MONIN flavourings in a latte glass
and stir well. Steam milk until foamy,
and pour into the latte glass. Top with
an espresso. Stir and serve.

syrup and vodka. Strain into a
Martini glass. Shake cream and Le
Fruit de MONIN Raspberry and top
the cocktail with the mix.
