Mount Abu Public School SUMMER HOLIDAYS HOMEWORK SESSION 2015-16 CLASS IV Dear Student Summer break is the time to relax and enjoy with your family but take care not to spend your time lazily and wastefully. To help you to use your leisure time in an organized and fruitful way, your teachers have planned some assignments related to your subjects for the revision of the concepts taught. You will surely love to complete them. We expect you to bring the work neatly done for all subjects and submit the same by 6th July ‘2015. All assignments will be given the weightage in terms of grades to be included in Evaluation I. The work will be assessed in terms of accuracy, neatness and timely submission. A few reminders Do the homework neatly in beautiful handwriting. Mention date on each page. Bring the practice manuals and cursive book when the school re-opens. Wake up early in the morning. Begin your day with some physical activity. Have a healthy body wash and brush your teeth properly. Eat preferably healthy homemade food and reduce the frequency of taking junk food. Enhance your readings through newspapers, magazines and good story books. Workout time table very wisely to complete your holiday homework regularly to avoid any kind of stress in the last hours. Identify the areas where you need improvement – speaking, writing, reading, math skills and handwriting etc. and work to garnish them. Revise all the concepts taught in the class and read the covered lessons thoroughly. Revise and learn spellings of difficult words of all the lessons in all the subjects covered so far. NOTE: - As part of the continuous and comprehensive evaluation – Class work , Home task, Projects and Participation in co-curricular activities and sports etc. will be assessed regularly.
