Maintain Grouted Tile
Multi-Clean offers a line of quality products to help maintain grouted tile floors.
Crete-Guard is an impregnator that seals and protects grouted tile floors. Surfaces are protected from oil
and water based stains. Floors are easier to clean.
Super Clean Shine is a mop-on cleaner and protectant for quarry tile flooring. Super Clean Shine
leaves an invisible protection that seals porous flooring and maintains the natural appearance of the
flooring. Super Clean Shine is recommended for commercial applications such as restaurants, dining
rooms, decorative floors, fast food restaurants, etc. It is not intended for kitchen floors where heavy
grease levels require a degreaser. that provides a more permanent type of protection.
Instructions:
Clean Shine Maintenance Program
1. Initially, use Super Clean Shine at 8 oz./gallon to establish protection. Simply damp mop the floor.
Do not use automatic scrubbing equipment.
2. For routine cleaning, damp mop with Super Clean Shine at 4 oz. per gallon to maintain protection.
No other cleaners are needed or recommended for use with Super Clean Shine.

Restoring Grouted Tile
One of the biggest challenges in maintaining restrooms looking and smelling clean is keeping tile and grout clean.
The restoration procedure below will guide you in cleaning and restoring tile and grout back to its original appearance.
Step 1 Deep Clean/Strip
This process removes deeply embedded soils and any sealers that may have been applied.
Apply Ultra Stripper, diluted 1:8 (16 oz/gallon), with a mop. Let solution dwell 5-10 minutes.
Scrub floor using a stiff brush or a floor machine, autoscrubber, or Minuteman Port-A-Scrub.
Vacuum spent solution.
Step 2 Brighten Grout
This process removes embedded stains and restores original grout color.
Apply Double-O-Seven diluted 6-10 oz/gallon using a clean mop. Let solution dwell 5-10
minutes. Scrub floor with a stiff brush or floor machine, or autoscrubber. Pick up spent
solution. Rinse floor thoroughly with clean water and let dry.
Equipment Tip: Scrubbing machines equipped with cylindrical brushes are ideal for
restoration and daily cleaning of grouted tile floors. The Minuteman P12 and P14 Port A
Scrub machines are ideal for grout cleaning.
Maintain Appearance: use Double-O-Seven daily at 1-2oz/gallon in mop bucket, mopping with a clean mop. If water is excessively soiled, use a wet/dry vacuum to extract
solution from grout.
Caution, read Material Safety Data Sheet for each product and follow recommended
safety precautions.
Note: Do not use this system on marble, granite, or slate.

Ultra Stripper is a powerful floor stripper and deep cleaner. It is
low odor and non-corrosive for added safety.
Double-O-Seven is an all purpose cleaner containing peroxide
which safely brightens grout, removes stains and destroys common malodors.

Multi-Clean® Tile Products
Foamy MAC® is a safe acid cleaner formulated to remove hard water scale
and soap scum from surfaces, such as chrome fixtures, showers, walls, floors,
etc. It can also be used to clean ceramic tile grout. Foamy MAC is Green Seal
Certified as environmentally safe.
Phos-Clean Bowl and Tile Cleaner contains 20% Phosphoric Acid. Use to remove hard water deposits, scale, rust or stains from toilet bowls & urinals as
needed. Great for cleaning tile grout too. Phos-Clean is available in the QRS
System.
Super Clean Shine is a natural soap based cleaner designed for daily cleaning
and conditioning of all stone floors. Using Super Clean Shine on stone floors
helps retain the natural color and beauty of stone floors. Use with a regular mop
and bucket or microfiber cleaning systems. Regular damp mopping with Super
Clean Shine leaves an invisible protection that helps repel dirt and oily soils.
No rinsing is required.
Ultra Stripper, high performance, non-corrosive and low odor has proven itself
very effective at deep cleaning dirt, grease and any residual floor finish on
ceramic tile and grout commonly found in restrooms.

Double O Seven with peroxide provides color safe bleaching and deodorizing)
and biodegradable surfactants providing superior cleaning is an effective 2nd
step at bringing grout back to it’s original color. It removes embedded stains
and brightens grout.
Double-O-Seven meets EPAs Safer Choice standard.
Crete-Guard seals grout to protect from dirt and stains. Helps keep grout looking
good and makes it easier to maintain.
