Service Description: • The service provides a flexible
model of respite within a community setting. Respite can be
provided on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends or as a
block respite; as one-on-one or in a group setting; in the
community or as in home-respite. Carer or client can
change the time and the form of respite at any one time to
suit their current needs.• Clients pay for personal costs
incurred while on respite (eg. lunch, movie tickets) and are
asked to contribute $20.00 per month (billed monthly). No
client or carer is denied the service due to financial
constraints.•
Clients and carers have access to 24/7
emergency ON Call service.

from garage storing to the car.

Service Description: Brighter Futures is a voluntary,
strengths based program that recognises the parents'
motivation to change. Brighter Futures provides integrated
service delivery for families with at least one child under 9
years old, or expecting a child. Our staff qualified and
experienced social workers, psychologists, early childhood
workers and/or occupational therapists.Service
DescriptionThe Brighter Futures program provides services
and targeted support for children aged under 9 years old
and their families as they address challenges that might
otherwise place the children or family at risk. The program
also works with families where they are expecting a child.
We aim to encourage children?s healthy development and
resilience, build strong relationships between children and
their families, build parenting skills and increase children's
safety to essentially keep them from entering the Statutory
Child Protection System.
