Central WI Job Fair
Employer Terms and Conditions
1. The PAW Committee has sole discretion over acceptance of employers for the Central
Wisconsin Job Fair. Only the PAW Committee is allowed to sell booth space. Employers may not
re-sell, sub-lease, or loan job fair booth space to any other business or organization.
2. Employer space is limited and is offered “as available.” The PAW Committee will attempt to
fulfill requests for space, but retains sole discretion over the assignment of all booth spaces.
3. Booth fees are outlined on the registration form. Electricity is available on a limited basis for a
fee and may be ordered through the PAW Committee until the Friday prior to the event.
4. Payment for space is preferred prior to the event, but must be received no later than 7 days
after the event. If payment is not received, the employer will not be allowed to attend future
events until debt is resolved.
5. Employers who wish to cancel their registration must do so in writing via post or email, or they
will remain liable for any unpaid fees to the PAW Committee. Payments will be refunded at the
discretion of the PAW Committee.
6. Employers agree to obey all the rules of Mid-State Technical College which are in effect at the
time of the event, and to abide by all city and county rules and regulations.
7. Employer displays may not extend into aisles or block fire exits.
8. The PAW Committee reserves the right to control the use and volume of any sound device or
instrument. Employers may not use any sound amplification within their specific booth.
9. All booth set up should be completed by the published opening of the event and booth tear
down should not begin until after the published closing time of the event.
10. The PAW Committee and Mid-State Technical College reserve the right to photograph any
booth for promotional purposes.
11. In addition to the rules listed elsewhere in these policies, the PAW Committee may establish
additional rules for the Central Wisconsin Job Fair.
12. By completing and submitting registration materials and payment, employers agree to these
terms and conditions.
