Please welcome back to North Dakota, nationally-known
consultant, Jim Greenwood, Greenwood Consulting
Group Inc. The day begins with a quick overview/
review of the SBIR/STTR programs and how to submit
a Phase 1 proposal to any of the participating agencies.
It then transitions, after the morning break, into a
discussion of the important cost proposal for SBIR/
STTR Phase I or II. Workshop includes a free SBIR/
STTR proposal review by Jim Greenwood within a year after the event.
Special Guests Include:
John Williams is the SBA's Director of Innovation for
the Office of Investment and Innovation (OII) team. He
leads the agency's Small Business Innovation Research
(SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR)
programs across the participating 11 Federal agencies.
