NECA Member Terms & Pricing: NECA, with a current portfolio of approximately 160 accounts, is eligible for the following Terms & Pricing: Setup (Once Off) Reduced Initial set up fee (Once Off) - $0 for set up for each account – normally $50/account Recurring Fees Motorpass - Motorpass Weekly Management Fee - $1.50 per card / week (Includes GST) – normally $1.77 Inclusive of a NECA marketing, promotion and administration expense reimbursement of $0.50 per card per week. Card replacement Fee Card issue fee - $8.00 per card (Includes GST) – if card needs to be replaced. Payment Terms - 14 days from statement issue date via direct debit or; 21 days from statement issue date via bPay, Cheque or Direct credit Billing Cycle NECA Members can choose one of the following Billing Cycles to compliment their financial management procedures and reporting. The invoice will be issued on the nominated date with payment due within 14 days. This is not a Motorpass fee that varies from $1.00 to around 2.5% of the transaction amount, similar to some credit card transactions.
