Window Hangings Check list: Not-So-Secret-Paint-On-Plastic 1. recycled plastic packaging 2. scissors 3. Not-So-Secret-Paint-On-Plastic paint 4. paintbrush 2 Use scissors to cut the plastic packaging on the crease. - food colouring - dish soap - white glue Add white glue to some a little food colouring and a drop of dish soap. Mix well! 1 3 Take a look at the shape of the recycled plastic packaging you’re using. What do you see? You might see a boat take shape, or a tree, or a person…let your imagination take over. Paint your masterpiece on the recycled packaging using the not-so-secret-paint-on-plastic recipe. This will help the paint stick on the plastic. It will go on thick, but when it dries it becomes see-through. 4 When you’re finished painting, set aside to dry. Once you’re done, find another piece of recycled plastic packaging…see what you can see in it…and get painting. Make as many different window hangings as you want.
