Please ensure that you bring this on the day (Saturday 04 July 2015) Name of holder Plot number/position If you have any queries please email us at npcarnivalstalls@gmail.com or call Becca Miller on 07736554278 or Niki Tibble on 07709122116 Newport Pagnell Carnival Stall Holders Terms and Conditions 1) Pitch space provided is 3 metres by 3 metres- all stall equipment and accessories must fit within this allocated space. 2) Multiple plots can be purchased with prior agreement. 3) Newport Pagnell Carnival Committee is unable provide tables, gazebos or additional equipment. 4) Generators of any kind are not permitted. 5) The gates for stallholders will open at 8.30am. Please do not arrive prior to this as gates will be locked. 6) Only 1 car is permitted to enter the field per stall. This can be parked behind your stall within the allocated space. If you do not need your car on the field it would be preferable you move it to the far end of the field in the allocated parking area. The parking area is free of charge and can be used for any additional vehicles. 7) Vehicle access will only be granted when a valid car permit is produced; these will be allocated 1 per stall and sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the carnival. 8) We are prohibited by the Police, for public access reasons from allowing any cars to enter after 11.30am. 9) After 11.30am it is required that all vehicles must remain stationary. 10) Stall holders that enter the field must remain stationary for the course of the day- up to 5.30pm or until the Carnival Committee (with the police) deem it safe to move. This is to ensure the safety of visitors to the Carnival and must be adhered to. Any movement of vehicles prior to this may mean you application will be rejected in future. Note- This term applies regardless of weather. 11) Stall holders are asked to assess the weather and the appropriateness of their vehicles prior to entering the field. Newport Pagnell Carnival Committee cannot control the weather and as such will hold no responsibility for property or vehicle damage caused by the weather. 12) All Stall holders are required to be responsible for litter generated by their stalls and it is expected the area is left clear. Please bring your own bin bags and leave rubbish in designated bins on the field. 13) Please ensure you enclose/send a self addressed stamped envelope to receive your plot number, information pack and car pass onto the field. 14) When giving a stall description – it is particularly vital you declare any intention to sell food or beverages as this may place your stall under different rules and requirements. Anyone found to be selling food without previously declaring it may be asked to remove themselves from the field. Food stalls MUST contact us directly by emailing: npcarnivalstalls@gmail.com before proceeding with booking. 15) All stall payments are non-refundable.
