Newmark Brokers the Vivint Industrial Complex Sale to Colmena Capital
Newmark Grubb ACRES is pleased to announce the sale of the Vivint Industrial Complex to the Utahbased investment firm, Colmena Capital. This 366,710 square foot complex is located at 500 South 500
West in Lindon, Utah and is the home to Vivint, Aquatherm, Cornerstone and Emergency Essentials.
Executive Vice President Bryce Blanchard of Newmark Grubb ACRES orchestrated the transaction that
also included Stag Industrial as the seller. Regarding the transaction, Blanchard said, “Both buyer and
seller exhibited tremendous versatility to get this transaction closed. The investment sales market
continues to be outstanding with incredible buyer depth and compelling property fundamentals.”
STAG Industrial is a REIT (real estate investment trust) based in Boston that has spent $2.7 billion in
acquiring and operating nearly 390 single-tenant industrial properties throughout the country.
Colmena Capital is a Salt Lake City-based investment firm. They acquire, develop, manage and dispose
of properties in multiple commercial real estate classes.
