TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
General: The Nostra Homes Autumn Choice Promotion is valid from Saturday February 28th, 2015
until 5pm Tuesday March 31st 2015. To be eligible purchasers must pay an initial $2,000 deposit to
Nostra Homes by 5pm Tuesday March 31st 2015. This offer is only valid on Nostra Homes Standard
Home Designs from our home design range and is not valid on any fixed price house and land
packages from our Mova by Nostra range. To see home designs that are included please visit http://

Choice 1 Free Evaporative Cooling: A minimum of 5 points will be offered however total number
of points are floor plan specific, Evaporative Cooling system will be chosen by Nostra Homes and
installed by Nostra Homes as per the standard installation process required, for double storey
homes Evaporative cooling will be installed to first floor only. Nostra Homes reserves the right to
change Evaporative Cooling Suppliers at any time.
Choice 2 Gourmet Kitchen Pack: The Gourmet kitchen pack includes the following items only:
Glass splashback from builders range, Blanco Microwave (BM32CX), Inbuilt Coffee Machine chosen
by builder, Under mount sink chosen by builder, Undersink AP9000+ Water Filter System with
dedicated tap.
Choice 3 Fixed Site Costs Guarantee: The Fixed Site Costs Guarantee by Nostra Homes includes
the following items only: Upgrade of the slab required from H1 class to either H2 or P Class (As
required by final engineering report), rock removal (if required), site cut up to 400mm over
building footprint and 6 star energy rating upgrade. Costs related to council requirements,
developer requirements and OH&S are not included in this promotion. Furthermore, allotments
requiring additional site works due to side easements, angle of repose, rear easements within 3m
of dwelling, agricultural drains and gattic drains are not included in this promotion. Any site costs
and slab upgrade related to these items will be assessed on an individual basis and costed up
accordingly within the clients quote.
